Brisbane Isuzu is the first Isuzu dealership in Australia to achieve full accreditation for the most recently introduced Isuzu CARE practices – Marketing, Presentation and Product Knowledge.

With three locations across the Greater Brisbane Area, this achievement was additionally significant in coordinating the CARE practices across the three sites.

Employing nearly 150 people, many staff had to be trained specifically in these practices, and new processes were designed and implemented over a period of 12 months.

According to Queensland Dealer Sales Manager, Ben Nicholson, this achievement enables Brisbane Isuzu to offer customers with superior levels of customer service, along with the widest truck offering in the market, available through the Isuzu brand.

“Isuzu CARE is an integral part of Isuzu Australia Limited and every Isuzu dealer as we collectively strive to provide a level of service and a suite of products unmatched in the Australian trucking industry,” Mr Nicholson said.

Dealer Principal, Alan Newcombe, acknowledged the dedication of his team in achieving this milestone.

“Any new practices require full support and understanding of why we are introducing them, and what benefit this will bring to the customer and, ultimately, to our business,” Mr Newcombe said.

“I am proud of the team for embracing these changes, and am sure our customers will enjoy an immediate benefit.”

The other CARE practices areas are: Customer Introduction, Customer Commitment, Customer Interaction, Relationship, making a total of seven areas of focus for the CARE Program.
