for three years unlimited kilometres from the date of purchase, at
no extra cost.
Operated in collaboration with NTI, it gives you access
to Australia’s largest national recovery network and is the most
comprehensive programme in the market.
If your truck’s broke, we send a truck bloke.
Our best-selling range of Isuzu trucks are built to exacting standards and undergo stringent quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure a consistently high level of reliability.
But there are many reasons you might need assistance, apart from
mechanical breakdown. If you’re ever unlucky enough to run out of fuel,
lose your keys, get a flat tyre (or battery), or face other problems that
come with spending time on the road, just contact us.

What to do when you need assistance.
If you need help, just Freecall 1800 947 898. We’ll do our best to help you get going in the fastest, most practical way, whatever the problem may be. As a valued customer, you’re entitled to unlimited calls to Isuzu Assist if you:
- have a mechanical breakdown
- run out of fuel
- need a tyre/wheel changed
- have a flat battery
- lose your keys or accidentally lock yourself out
- need glass repair
- need hydraulic hose repair.
Isuzu Assist will provide an interpreter should the driver need assistance in communicating their details to us, and will also relay any messages about possible delays to family members, friends or business associates. If we’re unable to get you mobile, we’ll arrange for the truck to be towed.
