Emerald Package - Scheduled Service

All scheduled Isuzu services based on Customer applications with the key considerations being anticipated annual kilometres or engine hours. All services are carried out by Isuzu trained technicians using Isuzu specified electronic analysis equipment and tools and genuine Isuzu parts and lubricants.

Key Benefits

  • All ‘factory-specified’ services are carried out by an accredited Isuzu Dealer providing the customer with complete service history documentation.
  • Customers have complete flexibility to use any accredited Isuzu Dealer throughout Australia.
  • One monthly fee provides accurate and predicable service cost budgeting.
  • Parts and workmanship guarantee.

Ruby Package - Scheduled Plus

In addition to all scheduled Isuzu services being carried out by Isuzu trained technicians using Isuzu specified electronic analysis equipment and tools and genuine Isuzu parts and lubricants, the Scheduled Plus service provides for consumables such as headlight globes, wiper blades, belts and hoses to be replaced on a needs basis – the cost of the parts and fitment being covered in the one monthly fee.

  • Customer has complete flexibility to use any accredited Isuzu Dealer throughout Australia.

Sapphire Package - On Road

The On Road Service Program extends Isuzu’s role and responsibility from scheduled servicing to cover the replacement of common parts that are expected to wear during the normal course of operation. Depending on the customer’s application, and particularly the predicted annual kilometres and harshness of conditions, replacement of components such as clutch, brake and universal joints are factored into and carried out at the scheduled services.

  • All ‘factory-specified’ services are carried out by an accredited Isuzu Dealer providing the customer with complete service history documentation.
  • Customers have complete flexibility to use any accredited Isuzu Dealer throughout Australia.
  • One monthly fee provides accurate and predicable service cost budgeting.
  • Parts and workmanship guarantee.
  • Consumable items replaced on a needs basis at the same time the service is carried out, covered in the one monthly fee.
  • Driveline components subject to wear – such as brake, clutch and uni-joints - are replaced in accordance with the truck application demands.
  • The replacement of these common wearing driveline parts combined with complete Scheduled Maintenance ensures a preventative maintenance regime that promises optimum and reliable on-road performance.

Platinum Package - Total Service

This is Isuzu’s most extensive Service Agreement, which has been designed for higher kilometre/arduous applications and to allow you to completely focus on your core business. Essentially, over a 5 year timeframe, the operator should normally expect that engine, transmission and final drive components would require some overhaul. The parts and labour for this work are factored into the one monthly fee so that a complete ‘bumper to bumper’ coverage of service costs is provided.

  • Customers have complete flexibility to use any accredited Isuzu Dealer throughout Australia.

  • Consumable items replaced on a needs basis at the same time the service is carried out, covered in the one monthly fee.
  • Driveline components subject to wear – such as brake, clutch and uni-joints - are replaced in accordance with the truck application demands.
  • The replacement of these common wearing driveline parts combined with complete Scheduled Maintenance ensures a preventative maintenance regime that promises optimum and reliable on-road performance.
  • Engine, transmission and final drive overhaul are carried out when they fall due.
  • Peace of mind that all truck repairs and maintenance are totally factored into the one monthly fee.
