Brisbane Isuzu Free Three-year Service Agreement Promotion

Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Offer
   Purchase any eligible, selected new manual transmission Isuzu truck from Brisbane Isuzu during the promotional period and receive an Isuzu 3-Year/75,000km Scheduled Service Agreement at no extra cost.
2. Promotional Period
   This offer is valid for qualifying vehicles ordered and delivered between 1 August 2026 and 30 September 2026 (or while selected promotional stock lasts). Brisbane Isuzu reserves the right to extend, modify, or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Eligible Vehicles
   Included: Selected new, in-stock manual transmission Isuzu truck models purchased directly through Brisbane Isuzu.
   Excluded: Automatic/AMT models, used/demonstrator vehicles, and non-selected manual variants unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Brisbane Isuzu sales management.
4. Service Agreement Coverage and Limitations
   The included Service Agreement covers the vehicle's first three (3) factory-scheduled services, up to a maximum of 36 months or 75,000 kilometres (whichever occurs first from the date of vehicle registration/delivery).
   Inclusions (Standard Scheduled Maintenance):
   • Standard labor costs for official Isuzu manufacturer-scheduled services.
   • Isuzu Genuine oils, lubricants, and scheduled filters as specified in the Isuzu Service Booklet.
   • Standard safety, diagnostic, and operational checks as required by Isuzu Australia Limited (IAL).
   • Servicing must be carried out at an authorised Isuzu Dealership service center.
   Exclusions:
   • Wear and tear items including, but not limited to: brake pads/rotors, clutch plates/assemblies, tyres, wiper blades, light bulbs, drive belts, and batteries.
   • Wheel alignments, balancing, and tyre replacements.
   • Repairs or component failures resulting from misuse, neglect, accidental damage, overloading, off-road abuse, or non-genuine modifications.
   • Unscheduled oil top-ups or maintenance performed outside the standard Isuzu scheduled service intervals.
   • Aftermarket bodywork, equipment, or auxiliary components fitted to the chassis.
5. Fleet and Customer Eligibility
   Offer is strictly available to retail and commercial buyers. Fleet, government, rental, and national account buyers are excluded from this promotion unless approved in writing by Brisbane Isuzu management. Offer cannot be combined with any other national or dealer promotion, factory rebate, or discounted fleet pricing structures.
6. General Terms
   The 3-Year Service Agreement is tied directly to the vehicle’s VIN (Vehicle Identification Number). The offer is non-transferable to another vehicle, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. All servicing must be conducted in strict accordance with Isuzu Australia Limited’s recommended time and kilometre intervals to maintain coverage.
